I have not received my order, what should I do?

Please check the tracking number that was emailed to you. If that does not work, please email us at with your order detail and we will look into it immediately.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email with your shipment tracking information once it’s on the way to you!

What currency will I be charged in?

Our website displays  all prices in US dollars.

What information do I need to become a reseller?

In order to become a reseller, you must provide:

  • A business licence
  • Information on your retail outlet
  • Shipping information

Where will my order be shipped from?

All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Blaine,WA and all Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse in Richmond, BC.

What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

We’ll work with you to make it right!

If you received defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please email us as soon as you can. Pease include your order number,  a picture of the item you received, and details about the issue you’re experiencing in your email. We will arrange for a replacement, and we’ll take care of any shipping or postage costs you may incur.

Missing parts will be replaced- however, we cannot accept the return of opened products.
